Community Outreach Programs

The Uganda Nubi Elders Council implements Community Outreach Programs to address immediate and long-term well-being within the Nubi society. A central part of this effort includes launching healthcare initiatives, such as mobile clinics and awareness campaigns. These initiatives aim to improve access to essential health services and promote preventive health knowledge, responding to community needs with practical, on-the-ground support. Through these actions, UNEC demonstrates its commitment to Service—ensuring care reaches individuals where they are, with dignity and responsiveness.

Additionally, UNEC promotes women and youth empowerment programs that focus on education, skill development, and leadership training. These programs are designed to expand opportunities for two pivotal groups whose active participation is essential to the community’s resilience and progress. By investing in their capacity to learn, grow, and lead, UNEC advances its core values of Empowerment and Unity—building a foundation where every member, regardless of age or gender, can contribute meaningfully to collective advancement.
